Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, and then add 1 bay leaf, 2 green cardamom, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and 2 cloves. Let them release the aroma. Next, add 2 chopped onions and cook till they turn golden brown. Add 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp ginger, and 1 tbsp butter. Sauté well. To this, add 2 green chilli and 1/2 cup chopped capsicum. Cook for 3 mins, and then add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida and salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes. Now, add 250 gms mutton mince and cook for another 5 mins. Next, add 1 tsp sugar, and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
